The Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons is once again our Conference Hotel, offering conference attendees a discounted rate of $147.88 per room, including tax and fees. Please complete and send your Hotel Official Housing Form (found in the newsletter or download and print below) directly to Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons! NCATA cannot re-route your form to hotel, so please do not send it to us. No call-in reservations are accepted.

To reserve your room, download and print the Hotel Reservation Form below, which you must complete and send along with payment in the amount of one nights' lodging to The Sheraton Greensboro Four Seasons hotel no later than March 29, 2010.

Hotel Reservation Guidelines
(Please read before sending in your hotel reservations!)

• Accommodations at the Sheraton MUST be guaranteed by credit card or check made payable in the amount of one nights' lodging plus tax ($147.88).
• Reservations must be canceled 72 hours PRIOR to arrival date for refund of security deposit.
• Security deposits will be distributed among room occupants equally.
• Please, send only ONE form per sleeping room. All roommates must be listed on ONE form. If your school will be making reservations for you, please send only ONE form per room, not per person.
• The hotel will accept ONLY faxed or mailed reservation forms. Do not call the hotel directly -- your conference rate will not be honored by phone.
• Corrections or substitutions can be made by phone two weeks after reservation is received.
• Please note: tax rates are subject to change.
