Spend money at Food Lion grocery stores. Register your MVP Card with the Lion Shop & Share program at http://www.foodlion.com/ to help raise money for our organization. A percentage of each purchase returns to the NCATA Educational Foundation. HOW: Register your MVP card by visiting the "Lion Shop & Share" page, then click on "Register MVP Cards." You'll need to know that NCATA is listed as "North Carolina Association of Teacher" and can be found in Lewisville, NC.  You can also call 704-633-8250, x3810 to register your card. Once you've registered your card with Food Lion, NCATA (and teacher assistants) will begin to reap the rewards! 

Use GoodSearch to search the internet. What if NCATA earned a donation every time you searched the Internet? Or how about if a percentage of every purchase you made online went to support our cause? Well, now it can! GoodSearch.com is a new Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. Use it just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up! Hundreds of great stores including Amazon, Target, Gap, Best Buy, ebay, Macy's and Barnes & Noble have teamed up with GoodShop and every time you place an order, you'll be supporting your favorite cause. Just go to http://www.goodsearch.com/ and be sure to enter NCATA as the charity you want to support. And, be sure to spread the word!

Apply for an NCATA Visa Card. Turn your everyday spending into meaningful donations. Consider applying for a Capital One Credit Card that benefits NCATA. Members can contribute and raise awareness for NCATA whenever they make purchases with their credit card. When you use your NCATA card, Capital One will donate 1% of every purchase, plus a $25 first-purchase bonus, to our organization.
